Healthy Families San Angelo's Community Coalition CommitteeThe Community Coalition Committee (CCC) is made up of social service agencies and non-profit organizations throughout the community.   The CCC meets at least once each quarter to discuss needs in the area which are not being met or addressed.   A growing concern about grandparents raising grandchildren has become a focus of this group.   For more information about the CCC and its meeting schedule, call Healthy Families San Angelo at (325) 658-2771 or click here to email us.

"We've seen this problem at the hospitals.  These people are at dead ends.  They are faceless members of our population who are isolated.  We're about 30 years behind the 8-ball on this issue.  They are without representation."                   Steve Hammer, R.N.
